What is web site cloaking?

Web site cloaking hides a web site's actual address from the viewer's browser window. For example a user would type in www.yourname.com into their browser window. They are then automatically redirected to another web site (http://www.someisp.com/~users/ yourname/yoursite.html) or any URL without seeing the new URL in their browser window.
