If you don't want to renew your Account, you will have to cancel your account at least 4 Weeks before the next due date. For Free domain names we have to charge a cancellation fee of $70. Updating your domain record

Your Web Domain Record holds the following Information:

• Registrar: Registrar holding your Domain Name
• Registrant: Your Company / Your Name / Your Address / Your Phone Number / Your E-mail Address
• Administrative Contact: Name / Address / Phone / E-mail Address
• Technical Contact: Name / Address / Phone / E-mail Address
• Billing Contact: Normally stays with the Registrar (ant) Address
• Primary DNS Server: Virtual Address (no IP Address)
• Secondary DNS Server: Virtual Address (no IP Address)

Changes made to the domain record and DNS servers can effect a web site's ability to display correctly, and could cause the site to experience downtime. If uncertain about how to make these changes please contact the domain admin to make these changes for you.

If the domain is not registered through us, please contact the domain's current registrar for instructions on changing the domain record.

Who is able to Change a Domain Record? Normally only the domain owner or domain admin can change a record. To ensure your record is working properly and that all changes are made accurately, we suggest having the domain admin change your domain record for you.

Change Hosting Company: If the web domain is already registered and you are hosting with us, you must update your primary and secondary DNS servers.

Example: ns.rwgusa.net and ns1.rwgusa.net If you are unsure of how to make these changes you may need to contact your registrar.

Change Technical Contact: Technical contact must be the company currently hosting the domain. If hosting company changes, technical contact data must be updated to be able to make DNS changes.
